I WEDDING BAND GUARANTEE

At I Wedding Band, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every product that you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your iweddingband.com purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a prepaid return label and full refund within 30 days of receiving your band(s).

*Items sent back for return/exchange should be in pristine condition and will be examined by our quality assurance department. I Wedding Band reserves the right to refuse refunds/exchanges on items that have been used/damaged in any way.

**Items with engravings and special polishing are still eligible for refunds/exchanges.

***I Wedding Band can only provide a free return label for those within the continental USA.

RETURN


We are sorry it didn’t work out. Please visit our return label page to request your prepaid return label and our return form page to print your return form.

1.     Fill out your return form and indicate which items you wish to return for a refund.

2.     Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package, if possible).

3.     Place the pre-paid return label on the outside of your package and drop off at a FedEx location or a FedEx drop box. *See below for more details

 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once your refund has been received and processed, you will receive email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to show up on your credit card statement or bank. Each bank or credit card company has different policies regarding how refunds are entered during the billing cycle. Please note that this time may take longer, even up to one billing cycle, depending on your bank or credit card institution.

* To utilize free return shipping on iweddingband.com, the package must be sent through FedEx. We cannot be responsible for lost packages that were sent through other carriers by mistake.




EXCHANGE

We are sorry it didn’t work out. Please visit our return label page to print your prepaid return label and our return form page to print your return form.

1.     Fill out your return form and indicate which items you wish to return for an exchange. If you have any additional notes (ex: engravings, special requests,  comments), please feel free to attach extra information to the form.

2.     Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package, if possible).

3.     Place the pre-paid return label on the outside of your package and drop off at a FedEx location or a FedEx drop box. *See below for more details

Once your exchange has been received and processed, you will receive an email with a new order invoice for the new exchange ring(s). We treat the exchange as a new order and therefore, there will be a processing time for us to ship out the new ring. Please refer to your new order invoice for estimated ship out and delivery dates.
