The engraving was too small on the wedding band purchased (the band was a size 15, the font was too hard to read, took too small of an area). Otherwise, the ring was exactly as ordered, and it was beautiful.

My fiance has a very small band size- We thought he would be a 6 turns out he is a 5 1/2 for tungsten- we returned the size 6 without any problems. The whole return process took about two weeks, but well worth it- great staff, great product- I would buy from i wedding band again

I suggest that everyone get sized with your set of ring sizers. The one at the store was inaccurate with your sizes. However, you resized it for free in a very short period of time! Thank you for being so prompt and standing behind your products! I would not hesitate to buy from you again!
